Ten Ren's Tea Time

Let's start with the only positive note: the crystal boba. The texture was fantastic, providing that delightful chewy quality we all love. However, it sadly had no real flavor. While I appreciated the texture, it ultimately missed the mark on taste. Now, onto the disappointing part of my experience—the Jasmine Green tea. While it looked like Jasmine Green tea, its flavor was a far cry from what I expected. Instead of a pleasant blend of tea tastes, it was just overly sweetened water. I ordered the standard ice and sugar levels, without any modifications, and yet it was excessively sugary. This Ten Ren location is truly exceptional. They offer the standard selection of tea drinks, but what sets this place apart is its extensive menu of snacks and dishes that you typically don't find at other Ten Ren locations. They even feature some local specialties that are unique to this spot. The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating; when my tea was too sweet (as it often is), they gladly remade it for me, and the second attempt was perfect. Overall, this place is excellent, and we will definitely be back. Highly recommend!

I ordered the shrimp tempura curry and fries for my son. The salad with rice and shrimp was decent, but the curry was terrible, as were the fries. The curry seemed poorly mixed – it was bland and tasted burnt, while the potatoes were practically still raw. The fries appeared to have been sitting under a heating lamp for hours; they were stale and dry. I won’t be returning.

A good go to asian place. Fast service, nice staff. Sometimes they have trouble handling crowds, but otherwise never had a complaint with delivered, take out or dine in food. Has a decent variety and some vegetarian options too. It is a chain and this location does get busy Lunches and Dinners can get a little slow service. But overall a great place. Amazing service! Food looks very authentic and tastes amazing! Drinks look and taste amazing too! Beats any place I've been to and combines a good restaurant with a good tea bar together! Inside looks very welcoming and amazing. They also sell various tea's to bring home and also tea pots and brewers.

Our first time coming coming back. We felt out of place at the beginning but the servers were welcoming and friendly. I was undecided on what to order; decided to ask for recommendations and it was great.

The young lady wearing a mask was prompt and attentive, just like the other staff members. The circular theme of the restaurant creates an imaginative sense of spinning while remaining stationary!

They forgot to put sugar in my 50% sugar earl grey Mille tea which tasted sugar-free. Btw I usually drink 25% just wanted to get something sweet on that day.

It is a boba tea station .you can enjoy the food and tea there .I like the ice shave there .
