I would recommend steering clear of this restaurant. It's always crowded, and as a result, the servers tend to ignore customers. The staff, particularly one of the waitresses, was quite rude. We sat down without even being offered water. When my wife tried to get someone’s attention, they completely overlooked us as if we weren’t there. We decided to cancel our order and left after just paying for what we had eaten, which amounted to $56 for our party of five. We had intended to spend at least $200 for the five of us. We definitely won't be returning.
Avoid this place if you can. Because this place is always busy, servers will ignore you. Not the cart serving ladies but the waitress are rude. They sat us down with no waters. We went with a friend who spoke Chinese and he helped us navigate the dim sum prices and options. It is quite overwhelming if you?ve never had dim sum before but it definitely is an authentic experience and the dim sum was the best I ever had. We also had the chrysanthemum tea which was delightful. Will be back one day :
Dim sum was very limited when we visited on sunday. Wait time for a table was about 15 to 20 minutes. When come to paying it took too long so we walked up to cashier to do so. Its good that we did. Due to too many people they mixed up customers credit card to the table it came from.

Ten Ten Seafood Restaurant offers a strong and refreshing AC, creating a comfortable dining atmosphere. The dim sum on the menu is quite good, and the staff are friendly and attentive. On weekdays, the restaurant isn't too crowded, making it a pleasant place to enjoy a meal.
Food was better than I expected. Ingredients were fresh and cooked well. Just couple of things, they did not ask if I want some rice eventhough I didn't order any rice dish or noodle dish. I had all the food but no rice. And their Lobster is much higherprice than others.
Today was my first visit to Ten Ten Seafood Restaurant, and unfortunately, it was not a positive experience, particularly for anyone with allergies. The dining area itself is nicely arranged.
I discovered a tiny baby cockroach in my water during my visit on 10/22/17 between 7 and 8:15 pm. The manager, Jenny, was present at the time.

This restaurant offers the best dim sum in the area, and we always enjoy our visits here.
The green beans were excellent, and the seafood claypot was good as well. The customer service was also very attentive.
