Loved the ambiance and our waiter was absolutely amazing! You could tell he really appreciates good food. Here is the rundown on our meal 1) My husband had the whole fish but it was filleted on top of a risotto. Overall, very good it was just a bit too buttery and a bit too much salt. Risotto was cooked very well which is sometimes hard to do. 2) I had the braised beef ribs on top of mashed potatoes. My only complaint is that the stew broth thinned out my potatoes to the point where I only got a bite or two of potato. we visited tenderhill on Wednesday night. we were a group of 9. the service was excellent as eating. the waiter was very well versed in every article on the menu and gave fantastic recommendations. the group of diners was from all over the country and everyone said when they come back to the city for the next group, they want to return to tenderhill to dinner. the sweet Sprossen-Appetizer was absolutely delicious! the short ribs were fantastic as the gnocchi and sous vide huhn. s’more camouflage for desert by night! I recommend this juwel in readington.
