One of the places where you can get quality tea with actual fresh ingredients in Los Angeles County. By fresh I mean they use fresh mint and basil leaves inside of their drinks. FYI I do not recommend any toppings with these special flavor drinks as they distract from the drinks themselves. The one I love most is the strawberry basil lemonade. It has perfect flavor and is perfectly balanced with strawberry lemonade and basil. The one I got today was the orange mint mojito with 50% sugar which I thought was perfect since the orange already makes the drink sweet. The staff here is extremely friendly, and the quality of their teas is excellent. My husband is quite particular about his tea, but this place has become his favorite. They use high-quality tea leaves and don't just drown the drink in syrups and sugary additives. The tea itself has a wonderful flavor and aroma—very refreshing and healthy, depending on what you choose to order. We even bought a box of jasmine tea leaves, and you can really appreciate their quality just by looking at and smelling them. This is definitely a place worth trying, and I highly recommend it. Parking can be a bit challenging since it's in a busy area, but you won't go wrong here.
I had a bit of trouble locating this restaurant. My GPS indicated that I had arrived, but I couldn't spot the sign anywhere. After giving them a call, I learned that they are located within Champion Gourmet. Once you know that, you'll notice a small neon sign for Tenju Tea House. The place is clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. The tea was excellent—I tried the Monk Tea and really enjoyed it!
The creama on top of my black tea was superb. The way they had us drink it was very detailed. You're supposed to drink half of this drink without the straw to get the full creama flavor with the tea, then insert the straw and stir the remaining half. Definitely recommend this place for their fresh selection of tea.

Their milk tea is always delicious, very flavorful and balanced. Their boba quality isn't as consistent, but still good. I have yet to try their tea leaves for sale, but the selection they have is intriguing. I'll have to try one when I get the chance. They have products which make nice gifts in that section.
All of these drinks were simply amazing! The staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, readily providing detailed answers to any questions I had about the teas. They enthusiastically described the flavors and origins of the tea leaves, which enhanced the overall experience.
Meet her infamous Strawberry Basil Lemonade at my first visit. Tbh I prefer sweet mint instead of basil. This earthy basil fragrance makes the drink feels hard and savory, but not refeshing like what I would expect from a lemonade. Service is good and fast.
My home away from home. I enjoy everything about this place. They're so friendly and everything make is freaking delicious. If you like tea I do recommend coming here. You won't regret!
