Tenka 's shoyu ramen is consistently mediocre. The best thing in the bowl is the pork belly. The best thing in the bowl SHOULD be the broth! A properly made shoyu broth is very VERY tasty and addictive as hell. The shoyu broth at Tenka is ... nothing. The only thing I could taste in the broth today was the char from the pork belly. The broth doesn 't bring any of it 's own flavor to the party. It seems thin to me as well. It lacks body. Is there any gelatin from bones in this broth? None I could detect. Jiro deams of Sushi, and I dream of Ramen. This was the first restaurant that I went to after I was vaccinated (July 2nd, 2021 . This affable, unassuming ramen stalwart was a destination that I thought about often once lockdown was put into place. Service: Very friendly and chill. This is SOOO cliché, but it was Zen. Saw a TikTok about Tenka Ramen, so I decided to stop in with a friend. We were greeted right away, and ordering was simple and easy. Our ramen didn’t take too long to come to our table. I ordered the #2 Tonkotsu Ramen. The pork belly and egg were tasty, but the broth was lackluster; didn’t add much to the overall flavor of the dish. In addition, there was too much chopped scallions in the dish (for my preference). Overall, not particularly impressed by the ramen, but I’d eat here again.Parking: Paid parking garage a block away and paid street parking around the restaurant.
Ate here a while ago, but finally getting around to doing the review. Decent ramen. I 'll be honest, any time I can add CORN to ramen, I 'm sold. Prolly among the best ramen options in the area, and I 'm happy to have a decent ramen option in Uptown area. Not a destination ramen place (ie not gonna drive 20+min from the burbs to go here) but would return if I was feeling ramen and was in the area. Nice service.

I ordered the chicken karaage and the shoyu ramen. The karaage was incredibly juicy, and the two dipping sauces served alongside it were bursting with flavor. As for the ramen, the pork belly was so tender it fell apart at the slightest touch. Additionally, the broth was exceptional, and the noodles had the perfect level of firmness. The atmosphere was delightful, enriched by a variety of Japanese decorations.
The customer service here is exceptional. There was a mix-up with our DoorDash order, and even though it wasn’t their fault, they went out of their way to help resolve the issue. I would definitely rate their support a perfect 10 out of 10. Let’s support small businesses! Service: 5/5
Tonkatsu Ramen I got here was very good! One of my favorite ramens so far! And also their milk tea here was much better than expected. Service was great and quick! Would recommend!
Delicious food and milk tea! The stuff members are also nice. I ordered a medium milk tea but instead they gave me a large one to compensate for not having the boba.
