First, I want to highlight Annabel at Teriyaki Madness—she was fantastic! As a vegan, I typically order the two-protein bowl with half tofu and half spicy tofu. Unfortunately, the spicy tofu was unavailable on the menu app, so I decided to call the restaurant. Annabel truly exceeded my expectations by checking the app on her phone and confirming that it wasn't an option. She even mentioned she would reach out to corporate about it. Annabel suggested that I choose a different protein instead, and she assured me she would monitor my order and adjust the ingredients accordingly. I visited this restaurant a couple of months ago and spent over $60 on what I thought would be an exceptional meal, given that it's a new establishment. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The customer service was disappointing, and the food was even worse. The noodles were dry and stuck together, just like the rice. The chicken was also dry and burnt. I was extremely disappointed. I reached out to them via email to express my concerns and request a refund, as I believe that with the rising costs of food, such an expensive meal should meet high standards. However, I was given the runaround and never received a refund. I cannot recommend this place at all!

I was excited to try it since it is new. Service was good. Not much parking curbside pick up was convenient. Orange chicken was ok but not like Panda. Fried rice was a bit mushy for my taste. Egg roll was good but I didn't care for the crab Rangoon. Imight try the teriyaki next time. Pepsi is always appreciated. I paid 21 or so for a junior size bowl, egg roll 3 crab Rangoonand a Pepsi. Kinda pricey. Quality not worth 21 but that's just my opinion and I'm just me.

The portion of meat they serve is extremely inconsistent. I used to enjoy dining here because the portions were good for the price, but that changed. Sometimes you receive a decent amount, while other times they only give you a tiny scoop of chicken, no matter the size of the bowl. So, I’m paying more for what? Bland rice? Recently, the portion sizes have been smaller more often than not. I recommend going to Panda Express instead. I won’t be returning. Reserva una mesa ahora

Honestly, it wasn't very good. While the portion sizes are generous, the flavor reminded me of a frozen TV dinner teriyaki. I wouldn't order from here again. The chicken and beef tasted as if they came from a bag rather than being fresh. I recommend I Love Teriyaki in Elk Grove instead; their portions may be smaller, but the quality is far superior.

The orange chicken here is excellent! I ordered a large bowl and immediately regretted it because it was HUGE. I had to wait a little while for my order, but it was freshly made. Next time, I’ll opt for a regular bowl. While this place isn’t as inexpensive as Panda, the flavors are definitely superior.

The service was excellent, this was our first time visiting any Teriyaki Madness restaurant. All our questions were answered with a smilie and positive attitude. The food was very good, with many options available. Also the restaurant was very clean, wewere impressed ????

Very very low quality. Over cooked. Low quality ingredients. I ate it but its like a last resort meal. Like if you were stuck in meeting or a mall all day and they have sushi at a gas station across the street (or food court), that kind of low quality. Reserva una mesa ahora

The rice, both the fried and white varieties, was mushy and overcooked. The orange chicken tasted good, but the teriyaki chicken was burnt. The chicken potstickers also had a mushy texture.
