The service is just perfect. I was there on 11/11/2016 for drinking Viennese wine and eating grilled goose! Here in Vienna they have a tradition of eating grilled goose every year within November till 26th! The waitress wear traditional dress. the place is so fantastic. This Heuriger is aged over hundreds of years. The decoration is kept the same style. people are friendly, and warm. It is the mostly visited by locals in the village. it is not the type of the Wine houses which is mostly visited by crowded tourists, and not every one in town knows about it! On other days of the year they serve the local cosines, and great Whit wine made locally. Make sure you select the cold colorful dishes of appetizers selected by you. They charge the Appetizers by its weight. For the Grilled goose you must make a reservation in advance. the price is also much more reasonable than touristic Wine houses in town. The most important also is not the price but the location and quality of what you pay for. In Summer you may climbe the stairs on the corner side to see a great view of the beautiful Vienna!

Awesome location for heuriger with ample indoor and outdoor seating. Try some of the traditional local wines, sit back, enjoy, have a smoke and a chat. Everything is very casual - but that is the way it is supposed to be. They offer weekly and seasonal specials - I wasn't too impressed with the Wednesday special (Fleischknödel) but will come back and try something else.

This is one of the best heurigers in the Vienna area, offering traditional local wine and cold and hot food items as well as weekly and seasonal specials. Our favorite dishes are the rotisserie chicken (Wednesday special) and the Martini Gansl goose (served every day in late Oct - late Nov.) Ambiance is casual but comfortable, and the staff are also casual but friendly

my man and I eat yesterday in the terraced heuriger grillhendl by trimmel. I have to say a big praise the best grillhendel in the opposite, absolutely try. also not to despise the sinful rose wine?.

Amazing food and service. Friendly atmosphere. Ask for Peter he will give you service with a smile. The schnitzel and cheese spreads are their specialty.
