Had a couple of hours after visitng Airbus and the aircraft museum before our return flight to the UK and found this great little creperie for a pre-departure dinner. Friendly madame provided advice on choices and savoury crepes were made properly with buckwheat flour batter as up north in Brittany. Had a traditional 'complete ' followed by sweet crepe filled with chocolate sauce. All delicious and worth a return visit. Nice to find somewhere local and not affected by airport prices/mark-up so close to Blagnac.
Very good crêperie, the frame is pretty, the service is nice and professional. For example, all dishes on the same tab are served at the same time so that we can eat together. there is a good choice of cakes and pancakes, and the ability to compose them yourself. Originally, poppy pancakes that contain an ice ball: the top of the pan is crispy and forms a dome, which allows to put the ice inside, as pleasant for the eye as for the mouth.
Me and my Austrian family wanted to have a typical French lunch and found this sweet little crêperie in the north of Toulouse. The waitress (the owner? was extremely friendly and welcoming though it took us some time to choose our crêpes. The prizes are absolutely reasonable and you get food of very good quality. We also liked the traditional drinks and enjoyed trying the differently brewed beers. I absolutely recommend this restaurant.
Definitely worth venturing out from the airport to taste these delicious crepes and fresh apple juice. We had the three course set menu with 2 galettes and 1 crepe, all were delicious but the apple and salted caramel crepe was spectacular! There is a lovely patio outside and the service was good. Will definitely be back if we have the chance!

Not just fine, just falling. To get 1 foot in Brittany to compare. Basic and refined cuisine, taste, just perfect. Tres bon produits, Petite terrasse très sympa, accueil très chaleureux et dynamique.
