Every year I take advantage of my Breton vacation to stop at sea. This time wasn't the right one. After the original amuses-bouche the entrance. an excellent akami tuna but in so small quantity and so dispersed in a large plate that I could have believed to a complementary amuse-bouche. restaurant in a small street, a little away from the city center. historic quarter with the old prison. restaurant with a very sober setting but where the chef knows how to sublimate regional products, such as langoustines, the daurade fillet...Make flavours, highlight products in your plate. the pleasure of eyes and taste buds. Small flat, the noise level, a little high, linked to the presence of groups. But the notation will not be penalized, with a 17 or even a 18/20. We'll be back with pleasure.

at the turn of a weekend in Brittany, we wanted to discover this establishment crowned with a michelin star this year. Restaurant in a small street in the city center, the staff is welcoming the room is beautifully decorated and very cozy. We had lunch for the second time at the restaurant land and sea.
