The 1 star is for the very basic food and not the staff member who served me. She is not even worthy of a rating. I ordered the 'Beyond Burger Fries ' which is a vegetarian meal and is 920 calories. It was £11.95. The food was ok but the price is clearly expensive. I have been to this café a few times and the food is nothing special. Regarding the staff member who served me, she was very rude. A short woman with black hair whose attitude was completely off and stunk. Judging by the other reviews people shared Tesco Café has a problem with the staff they hire and the staff need disciplining or re-training at the very least! The Tesco Cafe is located on the second floor with a few window side seats. I ordered a cup of Latte and a Angus Beef Burger which is a limited menu. The taste is good and not expensive. It comes with special fries as well. The atmosphere is good but the downside is some tables are not cleaned very well. Parking: Lots of free parking spaces up to 3 hours. Kid-friendliness: There are kid menus for children. Wheelchair accessibility: Lift available for wheelchair access.
