I LOVE this place! Such a fun, eclectic display of Texas pride that you feel as soon as you step into the place. The same talented live musician plays AND sings every weekend and there is even a magician that walks the tables. The food is just theicing on the cake for this restaurant. Speaking of cake, the desserts here are even delicious. I'd recommend the Lost LadyChocolate cake or Whiskey Souffle (bread pudding, oh! . 10/10 would and will recommend, and can't wait to return. *Also, ifyou're lucky you can catch a seat during the Star Spangled Banner that the musician plays on his saxophone. Wonderful experience as out-of-town guests. Great menu with delicious, good portioned meals. Wide assortment of tasty appetizers and desserts. Amazing service from Jana G who provided awesome recommendations and was the picture of hospitality. Several table touches from management and the owner to ensure we were having a great meal. We will definitely be back next time we are in the area, and would recommend.

The food was very good, and the rasberry jam included with the cheese tray was excellent with the hot bread and butter. The steak was very good, though a touch on the rarer side for what two people at my table ordered. I enjoyed the live music, whichduring the evening I visited was smooth jazz on a saxophone. In all, the restaurant is a nice date/special occasion place.
