i couldve sworn i left a review for this place a few months ago, now its gone...weird....my last review was for 2 or 3 stars i think? but since it seems to have been removed im now giving it one star, and im rewriting my review. lets hope it stays this time.anyways, ive only been here maybe 4, 5 times max and 2 of those times my experiences were pretty bad.the first bad experience i had was when i went, ordered food that came with a drink. i dont drink juice and soda like that, so i was interested in getting this red can of minute maid juice, but i had no idea what flavor it was, so i ask the guy at the counter handling my order what's that red minute maid that's there and his response was i...

I have never had to complain before, but I must do so now. I ordered two meals from their website and paid with a card for delivery, tax, and everything. I noticed an additional $10 charge on my bill, which seemed excessive to me. Despite my order arriving on time, I only received one of the two meals I had ordered. When I called the restaurant to address the missing item, the person I spoke with seemed unable to provide a satisfactory resolution.

They need to shut down or get a new manager!!! So rude on the phone. My order came in 1 hour late, and worse part no sides. When I called, they said it was another shift. Okay so what should I do, at least send me my sides but no, I shall have to wait and call back tomorrow morning. Order came with no condiments or utensils

Yet another great experience. Great food quality and amazing customer service ar the hallmark of this chain at any location that I have been to.Its a favorite for the kids, and their deals are always amazing. A must go place for everyone looking for great chicken and burgers that are consistently good and halal.

Excellent quality of fried chicken served to me by Adil. Just cooked and the meat was tender and juicy. Also, drinks and ketch up is unlimited. ? Adil is friendly, understanding and has great attitude towards customers. Will visit again hopefully.

The food at this restaurant is delicious and reasonably priced, but there is a need for better cleaning and maintenance. Avoid using the restroom as the door does not close properly, posing a security risk and potentially breaking the law.

cashier is really nice and friendly and updates me about any deals they have which is great. the food is affordable and usually fresh. the tables are clean. food is tasty, love the spicy chicken sandwich and fried chicken.

found knochen in a huh nugget, I cried and kerl gave me a chit chat about mcdonald’ chic nuggets the manufacturer beautiful that I could see it and throw it awayhorrible?

Went to get a $5 box , with 2 tenders fries a drink and a cookie , took kind of long to receive my order but it was pretty good overall .

The staff is courteous and professional. The food is excellent. The atmosphere is friendly. The prices are reasonable.
