My wife and I went here to enjoy a gift card we got for the holidays.We ordered the appetizer combo of the Boneless Buffalo tenders, potato skins, and mozzarella twists. Our server (Jackie) was incredibly friendly and constantly getting our drink refills before we even had a chance to ask for them.Everything tasted SO fresh, and didn't have the consistency of something that had been sitting under a heat lamp. Honestly one of the greatest experiences we have had eating at a restaurant in a long while.Our ONLY issue was that the audio setup seemed to have some sort of Bluetooth connection issue; but good conversation made that issue negligible.
Fantastic experience and I will be back soon! Nichole tended to our table and provided exceptional hospitality. She was knowledgeable about the menu and provided exceptional service. We had an opportunity to interact with Emily, one of the managers, and she was lovely and went above and beyond to provide a memorable experience. The food was delicious and left us very happy with our meal. I would highly recommend the Walpole location to a friend/family and look forward to coming back.
I had a poor experience at this restaurant. The food was below average, appearing to be of low quality and overcooked with no taste. The blooming onion was neglected by the staff and arrived burnt. I do not suggest dining at this establishment. In terms of vegetarian options, there were very few choices available. Even the green beans contained bacon, which was not mentioned on the menu.
the portions here are huge. but much they think they need to order the half. the waitress we had was incredible and went over the top to provide us amazing service. it was fast to sit on a Wednesday night and eating came really fast. the birthday tradition is also so creepy and really sets a living atmosphere. when we were gone, they gave us 4 bags and 3 bags rolls. Come back!

I enjoy Texas Roadhouse overall, but this particular location in Walpole was disappointing. The bread was cold, the food was too salty, and the waitstaff was unfriendly. I have visited other Texas Roadhouse locations in Plymouth, Methuen, and Brockton, and found the customer service and food to be much better in those areas compared to Walpole.
Two teenage girls being extremely rude and rolling their eyes on everyone the name was grace and wasn’t doing anything but be on her phone, plus had to wait thirty minutes to be seated, unacceptable, the worst customer service!
The staff is friendly and the food is delicious at this American restaurant. It is a go-to spot for our family and always serves up the best meals in Walpole.

They screwed up our dinner for the last time. Not going back... Good food. Good price. But not worth the aggravation.
Always great. Food is good and delivered as ordered. Love the staff and live dancing.
