Texas Roadhouse

I took the wife for a Friday night date. Overall I?m not a fan. Is this a steakhouse or a sports bar? Loud music made it hard to have a conversation. We either had to lean forward, which after a bit gets uncomfortable, or just not talk. Yelling just so your dinner party can hear is annoying. The food was average. My steak (pictured was cooked as requested. There wasn?t much flavor to it. My wife?s was under cooked. She asked for medium rare and got very rare. The waitstaff was friendly. They were a bit slow on service, it was a Friday night. An hour on the waitlist and then another hour to get our meals. The place is new here. I don?t think they?ve hit their grove yet. The rolls were fluffy and warm.The cinnamon butter was really good on them. (But I?m going to a steakhouse for dinner rolls.

Service was great! No complaints on that but I feel the food could be a little better. I've been to other Texas Roadhouses where the bread doesn't look so dry, but it has a rather glossy finish that I did not see here, and I know steak comes out dry the more you cook it but this one was very very dry for a medium rare. I felt like I needed to add gravy to the steak to be able to incorporate some moisture. Other than that, I like the time of the service and the cheerful wait staff

We used the app to make rsvp. It went very smooth and efficient. The staff is very upbeat and helpful. Great variety on the menu. Food came out as ordered and very flavorful. We had a number of people stop by to make sure our meal was good. For a restaurant to run this well and open for business for a month.....hat's off to you.

Awesome food, friendly service. The wait to get a table was a bit long, but understandable since the place is newly opened. Our server (Ana) was attentive and ensured we were taken care of. We will definitely be back.

IMHO, you can't beat the atmosphere of this place. It's always popping. The food is good, the servers attentive. I always look forward to my next visit.
