Our experience was what you would expect from a casual dining, American chain restaurant. A little better, really. As for the steak, which is why you go there after all, it was cooked perfected. Properly seasoned and very, very tasty. HOWEVER, the Porterhouse they sell is NOT a true porterhouse steak. It a just a large NY Strip. Consider this when ordering. Had I received a true porterhouse, I would have given 4 stars instead of 3.Texas Roadhouse needs to deliver what they claim they offer, and what I purchased. We came to are favorite restaurant to celebrate are aunts birthday like every year we come to enjoy the staff that sings for us and the sattle. This year they threw the cake. Pretty much on the table and walked away ugh didnt even remove are finished. Plates and wasn’t even busy guess it’s time to give this place a brake..and try another one with better service I will not recommend this one for now
I was with a large group from work, we were at a conference. About 10 of us went here to eat dinner. Although we had reservations, we had to wait half an hour for a table. I assume they were overwhelmed due to the conference. I'm Vegetarian so there wasn't a lot I could eat which was fine. Our waitress was excellent and the others in the party seemed to enjoy their food. The rolls are DELICIOUS!

To be completely honest I don’t know why I even come to this one.Terrible service. Terrible wait time and they ALWAYS MESS UP food orders.So many young teens in the front who don’t greet you.Every time I pick up food something is always missing and it takes forever to get.They don’t read the recipet.I am done dining here and I’d advise anyone else to not dine here either.I
The service was good. The rolls were fresh and delicious! But the steak was the worst I’ve ever had at a Texas Roadhouse, and possibly any other establishment. My friend’s medium stake was prepared well done. My medium well steak was charcoal. I actually brought it home and gave the whole thing to my dog. If she was leaving this review she would probably give it 5 stars.
Went for my friend's birthday and even though they were out of burgers, I ventured into new territory and tried the grilled chicken. Very good! And probably better for me!
Overall the food was good, not remarkable. The bathrooms were unsanitary, the service was only adequate. The whole place needs a thorough scrubbing!I will not

In general we love this place? Friendly. Service and we rarely have to wait more than 20 movies if at all. It smelled a bit like weed but we still like it.
