I don't understand why this has so many positive reviews when everyone I know keeps having bad experiences here. It doesn't compare to other locations, and while I try to give it the benefit of the doubt most times, this last time was too bad. Raw rolls? Waiting 30 minutes for rolls? Burnt rolls too? Weird service? too often than not at this location. This last time our food was all messed up and the waitress made us wait 15 minutes just for plates. It was not busy. I don't like to write reviews online, I don't like to complain when things don't matter, but I felt like it's too weird for this all to keep happening.
