When it finally returned, it didn't even look like it had been sitting in the sauce and tasted off. I asked the waitress if she could replace it. By that time, my family had finished their meals because there was quite a delay. I told her that if the replacement wasn't going to be any different, I didn't want it anymore. At this point, I was quite frustrated. I requested that she remove it from the bill since I had lost my appetite for it. Although she didn’t mention anything about this issue initially, she did eventually take it off the bill and told my brother-in-law that we could still have it despite the removal. This was quite possibly the worst experience I've ever had with an online meal order. I tried to reach someone at the store, but I was put on hold for about 20 minutes. When they finally returned to my call, they didn't even let me finish explaining my issue before transferring me to the online ordering option, which didn't work at all. The customer service was absolutely terrible. I ended up placing my order through Steak Express, but I would not recommend them, especially when you're starving and they're the only restaurant open. I would rate this experience a 0 out of 10.

I wouldn't recommend this place for groups larger than six. Even though the facility is spacious, it’s not comfortable at all. Most seating consists of booths, with only a few tables available. We had older family members who couldn't get into the booths, and the staff made no effort to accommodate us. Both the host staff and the wait staff were rude. My family and I will not be coming back. Also, the claims about wheelchair accessibility are misleading. Service: Dine in.

I took a party of 9 we had two tables, which was ok with us. We were next to each other. The service was awesome. We had a waiter for each table. We never ran out of drinks and they made sure we had everything we needed. My bill was just a little over $200 dollars, which I thought it would be a lot more. It’s so busy that sometimes it’s hard to find parking. Parking: Some times it’s hard to find parking. But what do expect when the food is that good. Reserva una mesa ahora

Horrible service! Rude manager and wait staff. Ordered dessert only. Ice cream on brownie came out completely melted and brownine wasnt even cooked all the way through. Wait staff and manager claimed there was no ice cream left. Also had 2 extra people that moved over to our area to sit with us and staff made them squeeze into our booth. Overall very disappointment with this location. Food: 1

I can't find the right words to describe the joy I feel from enjoying the rolls and steak at this restaurant. To talk about the rolls without sounding overly dramatic would be a challenge, and discussing the steak without raving about it on my phone—where I'm writing this review—is proving to be my greatest test. You must come here and experience true euphoria and bliss for yourself.

We visited the new Texas Roadhouse on October 11, 2023, and were pleasantly surprised by how much larger and better it is compared to the old location. The service was also significantly improved. For dinner, the price per person was between $30 and $50, and I would rate the food a perfect 5 out of 5.

Came late, finished late , service was great. This is my new favorite Texas Roadhouse. Always a good choice in restaurants. The steaks are quite decent for the price. The service was somewhat distracted, but it's worth noting that the restaurant was very busy, so the waitstaff had a lot to manage. Overall, I had a nice experience. Food: 4, Service: 3, Atmosphere: 3.

When I first tried, it was in the Middle East. The taste has not changed. You just need to book your reservation before you go so you don't have to wait 10 minutes. The crew is so beautiful and catchy with the hype of the busiest hours.
