A whole nugget of some kind of meat the size big enough you couldn't dip the nasty greasy fried onion pedal . After forking it out and cutting it open it was flakey white like fish chicken. Anyhow it had no business submerged in my tangy dipping sauce. My wife making the discovery carried the entire appetizer to the bar counter because no waiter seemed to check in. Management actually came out and said it was just a chicken nugget and she would take it off my bill. We were first customers of the day. How long that nugget sit in your dipping sauce container before you laddled it in my cup? We lost our appetite and left.
The only reason we came is for the Prime Rib, unfortunately it is 6:30pm and they say they have run out. It is a shame we even come here and are forced to choose an option we don’t even want. I do think people should expect to have Prime Rib. It’s happened before and should never happen. It’s like going to McDonald’s and they tell you sorry, we are out of hamburger. Sad
Milford Texas Roadhouse has it going on. We used our phone to get on the waiting list. Upon our arrival, we checked in. 10 minutes later, we were seated. This place was packed wall to wall. From the time 4 of us got seated to the time we paid our check 30 minutes. Kudos to the whole staff. This is how a restaurant should be run. By the way, the food was awesome .
I’ve been here multiple times and every single time the food has been absolutely amazing. Only one time they messed up my steak, and they were extremely quick to fix it and discount my bill without me asking. The service has been amazing every single time, no matter who the server is. Definitely one of the best Texas roadhouses I’ve been to.

Best grilled chicken salad ever, the service is always top notch, absolutely nicest, happiest people, the manager always checks on us, the one thing and this is just a specific group thing, it is really loud in there, I have loop earplugs and they are always with me, but if you have any sensory issues please plan well.
We did a pickup order, we tried calling ahead, the call got dropped while they started to answer, so we ordered we got there, it toke longer to get the order then they said it would, the food was good, the rolls was a little hard and burnt on the bottom.
Michelle was an absolutely phenomenal waitress. We couldn't get over how attentive and kind she was, several times we noticed she made sure we had an excellent experience. The food was also wonderful on such a busy Friday night! Good job!!!
Server was outstanding. We had to sit outside because they were full and it started raining so we had to move tables two times to keep from getting wet. She kept all our orders straight even with 13 people moving around

It was my first time in and definitely not my last. Surprisingly the manager found out it was my first time and I was greeted with a side sampler! It was an amazing experience and I highly recommend eating here!
Clay guided us through the menu selections for an enjoyable first visit. Service was top notch! We will definitely return.
