I am updating this review from a 2 star to a 5 star. The Port Arthur Roadhouse went above and beyond to make things right. Since our dinner was work related they sent over appetizer trays so that everyone who was at the dinner could enjoy their resolution to our issue. Sometimes you just want to belly up at a bar and have a great meal. If that's what you're looking for then this is the perfect place. The steaks are the best here. I have never returned a steak here. I love it when I get exactly what I order and how I can wanted it. My 14oz New York Ribeye Medium Rare was seasoned to perfection. Ribeyes are known for their flavor. When the fat just renders down something about that steak just absorbs that flavor. Broccoli was tender and with a hint of butter it was so delicious. Get the sweet potato with cinnamon butter. Have been here so many times and have yet to review this place. They never disappoint me on their service or the food. I picked a gigantic 30oz ribeye cooked to medium and it was definitely on point. The flavor was literally perfect and those shrimp on top set the whole meal to the next level. Honestly could not finish my meal and our server Bridget was flawless. This place remains on our regular rotation.
This is one of my favorite restaurants ? All steaks and complements are really delicious, my favorite is baked potato with sour cream, butter and cheese. The staff is really friendly and helpfully. My little tip, don?t forget to join in the waitlist before to come the restaurant.

I get the same thing everytime and never get tired . This is the kind of food that makes you get the ?iTis? . It will put you to sleep really quick ? Always a pleasure , and I love the new dance the staff does for us ?? Good food ??
What a great experience me and my sons had. Food was excellent and the ambiance of the establishment was relaxing and comfortable. Upbeat staff and food hot.

I dont give out 5 stars very often. Great service, great staff, great food! I basically tried one of everything on the menu. You can't go wrong here.

This is one of the best restaurants in town with some of the best customer service as well.
God Bless Texas Roadhouse! The food is great! You get large portions for a fair price.
