My son and friend ordered the 6oz garlic steak and I have to say, the kitchen cooked both to perfection. That day, some confusion coming out of the kitchen to what food was going to which table, often, however, it didn't hv to do w the waitresses bc my receipt was typed in correctly for what my order was and wanted (sides, salad etc) so it had to of been a miscommunication once got to kitchen, and the food runner would only be able to go off what table they were told to bring it to. So was not their fault not waitress. Bc of this, may hv been a computer thing. Not sure. But it worked out bc I got extra mashed potatoes when I was not supposed to get any, stayed on my table if course so it jus...
Their To-Go service is atrocious. It doesn’t matter if I pick it up or if Uber Eats delivers it. I understand there is a shortage of employees everywhere, but the kitchen just doesn’t care about to go orders. I constantly have issues with entirely missing items, or items just not completed. They’re literally stealing money. For example, I just ordered a Signature Whiskey Burger. And I received a plain cheeseburger. Have some kind of pride in your service. Or at least someone checking quality control.
Wow! After visiting Friday's in Toms River we were done. Service was horrendous due to lack of help at Lunchtime-we left. Went back during Dinner time-same thing-we left. Stopped by Brick Friday's on way home and found a new love for Friday's. Excellent Service from Angela (who makes a mean Martini) and TJ the Mngr has us going back to Friday's when we're in the area.
Just made an order for pick up. The meal comes with 2 sides of fries. They definitely only gave me one order. Asked them to separate the boxes because of the sauce. They did not. The prices increase but the service gets worse. The people who take the orders clearly don't listen. I'm tired of spending money and not calling them out on it.

Pleasantly surprised with the food, our server was excellent! Went with some family members including my two year old grandson, the server was very sweet and playful with my grandson. The fried shrimp and the potato appetizer were banging!
Great atmosphere. Very clean and organized. The customer service is extremely on point here. This is the best AppleBee’s I’ve been to. Michelle the waitress is absolutely awesome. Mark is a wonderful manager.
We sat at a table for 20 mins without any service. The waitress looked at us and continued to not even take our drink order. All the tables around us were having issues as well.
Was the best dessert I've ever had in a place like this! The burger was well made and service was good!
