Updated review: My family and I go out to eat 2 or 3 times a month in Brick, where there are several dining options. Today, we decided to revisit Friday's. We had dined at the Toms River location with my daughter and her family two weeks ago, as it was conveniently located for both of us. Our server, Dean, seated us and had us laughing from the beginning to the end of our meal. He made our day a little brighter and always makes an effort to ensure our orders are correct. We have also had two other waiters at this restaurant go out of their way to make sure our orders are accurate. Unfortunately, some people still have their meals picked up and then delivered. Their To-Go service is atrocious. It doesn’t matter if I pick it up or if Uber Eats delivers it. I understand there is a shortage of employees everywhere, but the kitchen just doesn’t care about to go orders. I constantly have issues with entirely missing items, or items just not completed. They’re literally stealing money. For example, I just ordered a Signature Whiskey Burger. And I received a plain cheeseburger. Have some kind of pride in your service. Or at least someone checking quality control.
While the food is certainly good, some of the staff are incredibly inconsiderate and late night will blast music to the point I can't hear my friends sitting right in front of me. When asked to turn it down, it's still too loud and they just end up turning it back up a minute later. This has happened the past 2 visits on Saturdays and it's making it really hard to enjoy eating there
Just made an order for pick up. The meal comes with 2 sides of fries. They definitely only gave me one order. Asked them to separate the boxes because of the sauce. They did not. The prices increase but the service gets worse. The people who take the orders clearly don't listen. I'm tired of spending money and not calling them out on it.

Pleasantly surprised with the food, our server was excellent! Went with some family members including my two year old grandson, the server was very sweet and playful with my grandson. The fried shrimp and the potato appetizer were banging!
Chicken appetizer was over cooked and hard should have been perfect for $18! Staff was right there when you needed them due to two people sitting at the bar with us. Place has definitely changed over the years.
We sat at a table for 20 mins without any service. The waitress looked at us and continued to not even take our drink order. All the tables around us were having issues as well.
the worst customer service of all time! the waiter was very rude and acted as if we had disturbed him by giving up our job! the place is completely empty. we're on.
