very short staff at this place lasted a long time to get our eating had a person who took care of several people as they feed into the restaurant they drink ordering to take the meal orders that was also the bartender and server while the manager in the service was only in the ground seeing daumen below that he was there to help him very short, so they were so short to get my own I thought I was very shocked and surprised to tell her about the situation at this place I was very shocked and am sure I did not return to this restaurant in this city, but eating was very good

Donald is a bad excuse for a manager. it must be immediately devalued for its inability to manage a team that can correctly represent TGI Fridays. his subordinate china and renee are a direct reflection of the results of bad guidance. Donald didn't even know how to cope with a health crisis effectively that was there. instead he left inadequate staff to a fool in tgi Friday in the name. do not eat here unless they are born

Terrible. Waited over an hour for our food. Server left us with empty drinks, place was empty but he claimed it was “getting busy” ???? Kids slushy was ice chips at the top and dark blue syrup at the bottom. He didn’t drink it. When food came out it was mediocre. Kids meals were wrong. Terrible. I won’t be returning!!! If i can give this place zero stars i would.

Had a pleasant time with my cousin and sister, the employee that waited on us was very polite and stated that he was happy that we treated him so well .working in restaurants and dealing with customers has got to be tough so I always show my gratitude and give generous tips to show my appreciation and hopefully most others will as well.

waited 20 minutes after the scheduled pick-up time in the waiting area. went home, steak looked out and tasted as if it were microwave rubber. I couldn't cut that meat. mashed and broccoli were also prepared terrible. I didn't eat my meal. there is no possibility that a chef prepares to eat. this was Tuesday 5/10 10pm for reference.

Hamden, CT location experience: It was as if my burger had been microwaved, my fries were lukewarm. The staff was too busy in their phones to even engage in the few patrons that were there and my drink was all syrup, but this didn't surprise me since the person who made it looked much younger than 21.

Worst service ever. Ordered curbside, called and waited 30 mins and had to call back to get my food, then they messed up the order and forgot a whole meal. Called back about it and received rude customer service. Went back to collect missing item, waited over an hour for it. Manager was no help.

Went to TGIF'S for our 31st anniversary. Enjoyed the food, the wonderful waiter service and the warmth of the restaurant's personal, everone was very was pleasant! Price was very reasonable too! Restaurant was very clean and inviting, would recommend this restaurant!!

very clean, beautiful decor, washtic was professional, beautiful location and parking. Lemon whip wings were not lemony enough for me and a little dry. potatoes and cheese were very delicious. very large part.

Food was terrible and way too expensive. The server was great! Won't go back and the utensils were dirty!
