Took my son and a few family members to this location for the first time (all adults and a teenager). We had a nice late lunch on a Sunday afternoon. Don't know if this is the same as other restaurants in the chain, but things seemed very threadbare. For instance, the paper placemat served as the menu, no fancy little basket to hold the condiments, just the ketchup salt and pepper served to hold up the drink and dessert menu. We were really the only ones there at that time, so the staff was very attentive to us, super courteous. The food came out very quickly. It was pretty tasty overall. It is painful to share this but what happened here ??This place not more than 3 months ago was rock star .Raw potato skins , waiter doing homework in the corner while we wait 11 minutes to be seated in an empty restaurant? , 3 waiters at best and its suspected the waiters are pulling kitchen duty . And burger buns burned with burgers medium rare when a well was ordered ..What happened here? This place was rock star for years .. these new young college kids need to understand service culture , folks spend their money and I’m not even 40 years old. We shall check back in 2 months ..
Unfortunately just showed up 5 mins ago and went to sit at bar. Not one staff member around. Not a single soul, except two other gentleman eating at the bar. They went to get a staff member because they also were waiting for service. They received their food and still no one came to us. Then a waiter walked right by us and didn't even stop to see what we wanted to drink. We walked out ! Sorry but this is terrible service !! I am so disappointed.
Keep this short and sweet: The restaurant was empty on Saturday night, and now I know why. They no longer offer frozen drinks, soup, Jack Daniel's signatures, and the steak pieces are not even fit for a dog. It's only a matter of time before they close for good. How did they mess up so badly? Corporate ignorance!

Karaoke!! Fun friendly atmosphereFood was very exceptional !!! Will return for sure !! The burger cooked perfectly wings were hot and fresh white meat the loaded potatoes spirals was amazing!! Drinks were mixed well !! check this place out !! ????
we ordered a few burgers to go and they were in order. the prices are expensive for what they get and the portions are on the small side. I don't think I'd eat in future at tgi Fridays.
beautiful location in the old bridge on route 9. the waitress was friendly and prompt. divided chicken wings that were delicious with blue cheese. jack daniels burger.
So I'm torn, eating was pretty good, but the service is terrible. I understand with Covid places are understated, so I get it when a place is slow because there are.

it is really hard to give a 2 when eating was good and the 1 barkeeper had to take care of 6 tables and 4 people at the bar while a rookie train. that was her.
The dining experience was fantastic with delicious and freshly prepared food. I ordered the steamed buns and shrimp, along with a refreshing sunrise margarita.
