Tgi Fridays - Reserva de mesa

Passing through DFW connection yesterday and decided to have lunch at this TGI location. (By Terminal C29). We got seated, and after almost 15 minutes of waiting for a server, nobody even acknowledged like, “hey, I’ll be with you in a minute” or something. All this time, there were two workers just chatting and busy with their phones. Anyway, we walked out and went instead to Pappadeaux Seafood. It was an awesome $150.00 meal. TGI Friday maybe needs to have a conversation with their servers about customer service.

The service was very bad and you could hear a lot of noise from the kitchen, it doesn't give a good atmosphere to be able to eat in the place, I waited for them to serve me and I was in a hurry because of the flight, it's a shame I had a bad impression of the place, I don't recommend it

My fried shrimp was cold and my salad was over seasoned and wilted and my server Ty seemed very unhappy when I mentioned anything so I just paid my bill and left. After a long day of traveling I just wasn’t in the mood to deal with it.

Fridays. Bartenders walked past me four times and decided to talk in a different language about their customers instead of seeing me recently arrived at the bar. Might be a standard venue, but bartenders have no idea how to get a tip. Reserva una mesa ahora

Menu was three piece laminated sheets that were falling apart. Food was edible. Just expected more.

Doesn't exist.There is no TGI Friday at this location. There's an American Airlines Sky Club
