The three of us sat on a comfortable stand in the bar area and our service was excellent by Bartenders/Server Stephani and Dustin. We went to Fridays for our anniversary. We arrived around 7:00 pm and had to wait about 20-25 minutes. We both had the full rack of ribs. It was sooooooo good! Not the same as when they were open before-so much better this time! Menu was good and prices weren't bad. $54.00 for dinner and drinks. We were very happy and will be back for 12.99 ribs! Also were pleased by the friendliness of the staff. Our waitress was polite, attentive and friendly. The hostess was polite and proficient.
always has to wait to get tired. No one's never on the door. everything is a charge. extra Bbq sauce for extra charge. Refill on fruit tea extra charge. Chicken cakes are not freshly baked. they are hard, not impressed. I rarely leave two star reviews, but it seems that the restaurant is not interested in offering a great experience at a reasonable price as in the past. Now it makes as much money as possible, no matter what the customer wants and thinks.
Went there on a Friday evening and only had a 15 minute wait which was fine. Waitress was kind and didn't bug is every 5 minutes. You could tell she was working on her own. But the food was absolutely horrible. I ordered a simple bacon cheeseburger and this was the first time in my life that I didn't eat it. I took 2 bites and I was done. The cheese was disgusting and it was just a sad overall experience.

My food was really good, I love the Jack Daniels Sauce. Ralph's ribs weren't the best But that just happened once or twice He gets the Jack Daniel ribs and usually likes them. Someone came to ask us how our food was and we were not charged for the ribs. Long Island was wonderful. And the top shelf is just one dollar more and it's worth it. We love eating there!
The manager yells at employees the waitress is timid and way too much pepper and can?t make a salad fresh with lettuce and without romaine. Made us wait 20 minutes to sit down and don?t have an extra coffee maker when the one breaks down.
I typically receive decent service when I visit, but tonight was a different story. I was there for three hours and was only approached by a server twice. Both times, I had to go to the bar to get any assistance. I'm quite disappointed.
Very clean restaurant and the waitress was excellent. The food was tasty and well prepared. I was there with two granddaughters and they enjoyed their choices. Thank you , have a wonderful day everyone!

Super fast service on a Saturday for a late lunch. Food was good and hot. Service was great and on hot of refills. Keep up the good job !!
