I usually don't write harsh reviews, but I have to make an exception for this place. The tables and chairs were sticky, as if they hadn't been cleaned in years. The bathroom was filthy, and the floors clearly hadn't been mopped. It raises concerns about what the kitchen looks like. Even though it's a chain restaurant in a mall, I would expect some sort of cleaning protocol. The food was dry and poorly presented, reflecting a lack of effort. The only positive was that our server was attentive and friendly. Overall, I would recommend staying away.
After a long wait, they finally took our dinner orders, which also took an age to arrive. I ordered ribs and chicken wings, but I got very small wings that looked like they were pulled from chickens before they even hatched, and one drumstick that was undercooked. I mentioned this to the waitress, but she seemed completely uninterested. I waited for the manager to address my concerns, but he never came over. In the end, we just paid the bill and left. The food was terrible, and the service was just as bad.
Tonight, my waiter was named Rad, and when he first said hello, I thought he recognized me from somewhere. He was very polite and definitely made me want to come back. The entire staff was fantastic, and the manager even stopped by to ask how everything was and to hear about our amazing experience. It was a wonderful dinner and truly unforgettable. More restaurants should hire employees like these at Fridays. I would give it 20 stars if I could. I highly recommend this Fridays!
The food was delicious, but part of my order was missing. When I called the restaurant for help, the manager was quite unhelpful and lacked sympathy. Instead of addressing my issue, she simply directed me to contact DoorDash myself.

The broccoli was very unappetizing, reminiscent of school lunches. The fries were just okay—edible, but nothing special. However, I did enjoy the ribs. Overall, I would rate it a 6.5 out of 10.

Really small portions the steak was like 4 bits and 3 onion rings everything was cold and missing the ice cream with the dessert
The food was cold, and they overlooked my drink order. The mashed potatoes were quite chunky.
