Im a HUGE fan of the TGI brand itself to the point of having birthday's there every year since i was 15 years old I am so sad to say that the brand itself is dying the food is reflecting it. Last nights meal was the worst meal ive had at a TGI restaurant, I ordered the Ultimate Ribs but got informed by the waiter (who was amazing the the service) that the rib supplier was different ribs were all the same size. Disappointed but still wanting ribs me and my partner went with the ribs. When they arrived straight away from just the smell alone you could see they were burnt to a CRISP so bad you could smell burnt, chips were stone cold, coleslaw was SUPER salty corn on the cob was sticky (which i...
we waited 20 minutes for our server to come over to get our order in the end we had to go and find someone to go and look for her just so she could take our food and drink orders. We waited 1 hour and 5 minutes to receive are mains yet the restaurant was virtually empty. Mains arrived and a medium rear steak was ordered yet it was medium well. We got the steak re cooked which took 20 minutes I had finished my food before the steak came which means we came to dinner together yet ate separately. When the steak did come it was dropped to the table and the server walked away and didn’t say a word. The food took so long we didn’t even order dessert as we have already been here so long.
TGI Fridays is a well-known franchise and appears to be popular. I have had some positive experiences there and some not so great, but overall it is a good option for dining out, as we have frequented this establishment often.
The Jack Daniels Tower at TGI Fridays is delicious. The restaurant has a fantastic menu with consistent decoration across all locations. The staff is friendly and the prices are reasonable. I highly recommend it.

We were initially disappointed because we couldn't sit where we wanted. The service was okay, but not on par with other places. The burger was not as good as McDonald's.
