I don 't typically enjoy eating in chain restaurants especially when we live in the Providence area where you can find so many wonderful spots but it 's school vacation week and my kids wanted to go to TGI Friday 's, so here we are. There was a backlog of people waiting to be seated when we arrived at 1:15, we waited a few minutes before someone returned to the host stand and there were two parties ahead of us so it took us about 7 or 8 minuets from walking in to being greeted, which felt like a lifetime for my kids. My oldest likes to come here because of their endless appetizers deal which we found out had recently changed and instead of being able to select from a long list of appetizers...
Saturday night dinner with the kiddos. First off my waitress was extremely friendly and very attentive. The Fridays was packed so the fact that she made sure to check on us. The appetizers came out almost 5 mins after we put the order in which was great with a group of hungry children. I love their mozzarella sticks they are so cheesy I could have eaten all 6 by myself. The entrees followed quickly after. I ordered the full rack of ribs with the jack daniels sauce and 2 sides (loaded mashed potato with french fries). The ribs were on special for $12.99 it was a lot of food for the price. The ribs were so good definitely better than Chilis or Applebees. There were a lot of people in there so...
