TGI FRIDAYS - Burlington

there were no hostess present so our party of 5 stood in the entrance for 15 minutes waiting for the service. they did not prepare for our reservation and did not review me from the open table. our server has made the effort, but it was their third day and they sat her a 12 top plus our 5 top. eating was very good, but there were several mistakes to come slowly on the top. corrections were also slow. the birthday note made with our reservation has not been recognized. overall the event was a failure, it took much longer than expected and we decided not to have drinks due to the long delays.

I choose this Fridays location off of your OpenTable website, but when I got there they informed me that they no longer are associated with OpenTable and have not been for a long time due to Corporate. When the subject first came up about OpenTable the associate was a little snappy about it. They did try to accommodate me with assistance from an assistant manager. Please take this location off your website.

I'm sorry to say Friday really went down. Previously we visited this restaurant, but our experiences last year were terrible. poor service, poor quality eating and lack of cleanliness. something has to be done to bring this chain back to the quality that it once had.

tgi Fridays is always a great place to get a fixed meal for a square price. some experiences are better than others, but all in all it is worth.

our waitress was not attentive, the plant did not seem the cleanest, müll on the floor, the drinks lasted long.
