We went to the TGIF on a Friday evening after a movie with co-worker. Reservation on Open Table worked well since restaurant was crowded. Staff very friendly. Asked to sit at a table that had just been vacated and needed to be cleaned and that was done quickly. On a side note, my friend had gotten a small cut and was bleeding. Not fault of the restaurant. Our server, Mariah, contacted the manager (forget to get her name) and she brought several size bandages which was very considerate. Mariah was really attentive even on a busy evening. Food was good and drink changes were handled patiently. Kudos to the staff all the way around.
I experienced the slowest service ever today. I was displeased that my pasta dish was served on a skillet not a plate. Oh amd it was room temperature not even hot. My son ordered endless apps and it took about 10 plus minutes to replenish five boneless wings each time. I added dessert and I was served the brownie obsession not whiskey Tennessee cake. I informed the server it wasn't correct and waited 30 minutes before it was corrected and paying for the check with the manager. Some bday lunch with my kids. (A little advice if someone order their food when placing their drink order could mean they have little time to waste.
BEWARE if they are busy on a Saturday night, try may not honor your reservation. I had reservations for 12 people at 6:00 on a Saturday night and they told me at the front counter that they don’t take reservations, even on OpenTable. After waiting 15 minutes, the gentleman that sat us, told me that they did. I guess the people at the front just didn’t want to be bothered...
I attempted to make an OpenTable reservation at this restaurant, but they do not accept them. I called ahead to change my reservation from 4 people to 8, but was informed they only take reservations for parties of 10 or more. The rest of the experience was average for a Friday night, but the long wait was frustrating.

Big Fridays Big Ribs Whiskey-Glaze were over cooked and sauce was only on one half of the full rack. Also requested extra sauce on the side and did not get it. The loaded mash potatoes were not loaded the second side was missing. The pot Pan-Seared Pot Stickers were good
I LOVE THE MILLION DOLLAR COBB SALAD. THE FOOD WAS FRESH; WINGS, SALAD, AND BROCCOLI CHEESE SOUP. DECENT DELIVERY TIMING. MY ORDER WAS CORRECT, WHICH HAS BECOME A BIG DEAL. GREAT JOB!!
Im being very liberal with these 4 stars ... my wings were dang near burnt with barely any sauce ... the ribs and chicken were good though
I made my reservation but when I got there I was told that the restaurant does not accept reservations!
