They had no record of the reservation.. large number of people waiting to be seated.. we gave our name and told it would be 20 minutes.. after 25 minutes I asked at the desk how much longer I had to wait to be called.. I was then told we were already called and did not respond.. we were waiting right near then reservation desk. I insisted we be the next group seated. We were seated immediately and I spoke with the manager who apologized and gave us a coupon for a free appetizer the next time we come in..
