Horrible service, they made a mistake on my order and when i went to return it they did not believe me. The manager kept blaming me for the mistake and the employee said she repeated the order twice when she did not. Their argument did not make any sense and I wasnt even asking for much, at least they could have apologized but they did not. The manager was impolite in his tone... i have never seen more horrible customer service in my life and it was from the manager! I know my way arround Thai express and I know what it typically tastes like, but the food from this location was cold and lacked flavour... overall would not recommend, other thai express locations have treated me much better an...
My spouse and I ordered via doordash, we ordered a meal without special instructions (general thai) and a meal with some special instructions (pad Thai). When we received our order, we found that special instructions were applied on the wrong meal. General Thai chicken was cold and the Thai pad sauce was so cooked that it was like powder in the mouth. It was unfortunately not my first bad experience at Thai express, but it was the last.
Horrible experience! They messed up our order and refused to fix it. Spoke to the manager about the issue and he was extremely rude. He told us he didn’t want to fix our order because he will lose money!!! The employee lied to her manager about the situation to get out of it. Very unprofessional, horrible customer service. The food was awful as well. Do yourself a favour and never go there.
We ordered the place of the kingdom in Chicoutimi.... Not eatable... The rice was so cooked that we had a rice paste... the chicken was full of nerves... really very disappointed with our experience. I don’t advise at all... I think a big one reminds us of the franchisor’s standards in this franchise...

I have been there twice and I am very disappointed both times. There are not enough sauces in their dishes. Not comparable to the Thai Express in Montreal. Owners should make sure that their young chefs learn the recipes well!
I went there last week and I told you, it's the worst tuna express! It doesn't sound like a picture, but the chicken was so old. It had a bad taste! Then it was a little juice, it was pretty dry, really disappointing.
Tofu was cold and my food was hardly even warm. I picked up it at the store.Over all worst Thai Express I have ever been too. Don't waste your money here.
