To be honest, Thai Express isn't my top choice for takeout. I've been there a few times, and the food has always been pretty average. However, my most recent experience was quite disappointing. While a non-Asian man was preparing my Pad See Ew, I could feel a noticeable lack of passion and care in the way the dish was made. Unfortunately, that lack of connection affected the flavor, resulting in a less than enjoyable meal. I wouldn't recommend going there late at night; the quality was just terrible. If you're seeking satisfying food, I suggest exploring other options.
This restaurant used to be an excellent place for noodles, but my latest visit was quite disappointing. They made a mistake with my order and forgot to include the noodles in my Tom Yum Soup. I had to drive back to get it fixed. To top it all off, they offered to simply reheat my soup and serve the noodles on the side. I asked for a new bowl of soup with the noodles mixed in, but the experience really ruined my dinner. As a result, I won't be returning and have lost interest in this place.
The service was very disappointing, and the staff member was quite rude. We ordered vegan pad see ew, but we ended up with beef Thai instead. This has been my worst experience at a Thai restaurant. I would give it zero stars.
The Thai fast food here is quite good, but it didn't have the spiciness I expected, even after requesting extra heat. The portion sizes are average, and the flavors are just okay.
