Thai Express Lasalle

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The food was quite disappointing; the chicken had a strange odor and the noodles were sticky, lacking sufficient sauce, which resulted in an overwhelming taste of flour. To make matters worse, the staff was incredibly rude and unprofessional. The woman at the counter seemed unhappy, and when the man served my General Thai in a plastic container, sauce was spilled everywhere. When I asked him for napkins, he simply pointed at them without a word. As for the girl, when I requested chopsticks, she threw them at me. I ordered fried beef with vegetables and rice to go. The lady who took the order for some reason decided that it has to be a dish number 4. I asked her 3 times if that is the dish with the fried beef, and she told me that this is exactly what I askedfor. When I opened my box I found some breaded nuggets on top of rice (supposedly beef? . This is definitely my favorite Thai Express in LaSalle! The staff is incredibly friendly, the portions are generous, and the sautéed noodles have just the right amount of sauce.

I ordered the General Tso's chicken with a rice bowl for dining in, but they served it on a plate with a very small amount of rice.
