I?ve been a long time customer to Thai Express. Always amazing food new items added often. Today though I accidentally ordered wrong. It was a custom order I forgot to say no egg or chicken. I got myself a new chicken cloud bowl which was great but the custom order was for someone. I told the person I made the mistake and he happily took the wrong order and quickly fixed it with a big smile. Such a good location in Sydney.
I think that's the best thai food i have had so far..everything we ordered was so good..service was quick. Loved it and would recommend others to try it too. I ordered chicken soup,tamarind stir fry and general thai racha ..you can tell them how much spice u need. Staff is so friendly and loved the customer service.
I went in to order dumplings and chicken fried rice and with green curry. When I got my order and I tell them that the rice was sweet and wet and I wanted it dry. The associate working there was rude and disrespectful. I felt insulted and had to have the store. Bad customer service for a food industry.
