Tempted by the good reviews I went thereprobably not on the right evening. A unique Tears of the Tigers dish (rib steak and rice). Meat served blue and lukewarm and not rare as requested. The sauce is very cold so the lukewarm meat seems even less hot...A tiny pot of rice finished after 5 bites. I ask for a little more rice to be brought back to me. People ask me if everything is okay when they clear my plate and I say that the cooking was not sufficient and they tell me that I should have asked to cook it more.the job of a cook is to master cooking, right? Between blue and rare it's not very hard to see, especially when the meat arrives sliced on a plate. I move on to the bill: main course...
sublime restaurant. the staff is very warm, takes time to worry about their customers and make sure that everything is right for us. delicious food, worthy of my trip to Thai. I recommend!
