I recently had a disappointing experience with a restaurant where I've been a patron since its opening. I placed an order but decided to cancel it shortly after. When I called the restaurant, I spoke with a staff member who had difficulty communicating in English. He advised me to contact Uber Eats for the cancellation. This process seemed intentionally time-consuming, leading me to suspect that the delay would allow the restaurant enough time to process my order despite the cancellation. We got the Chicken Pad Thai, Calamari, and Spicy Thai Noodles (Basil Noodles). We were the only ones in the restaurant so service was just friendly, I wouldn't say attentive. The interior itself is cute and spacious. For the chicken pad Thai it tasted like ketchup, nothing authentic. I found the calamari slightly overcooked. The spicy Thai noodles were good, but as a personal preference, there wasn't enough basil flavour. Food was just okay but loved the aromatics and hot wok flavour. A little surprised this place had 4.3 stars.
This place is simply great. Me and my husband we have been ordering from Skip the dishes for a long time and never liked any food because it would always arrive cold and wasn’t fresh till we found Thai Lime on skip! Their food is always fresh and arrives hot! Since we found this place; every Friday night we order from them and so far didn't get dissapointed.
Hannah is incredibly friendly and welcoming! We always enjoy dining at this place because the food is delicious and the service is top-notch. Our favorite dishes are the Devil Chicken, Crispy Beef, and the tasty soup. YUMMMMMM!!!!

Decent but not stellar. Flavours were fine but not quite typical or traditional Thai. Ordered for pickup and price was right. Food was hot and ready. However, if looking for authentic Thai food, might not be the spot for you.
The cashier at the counter is extremely rude and unnecessarily gives attitude. She is shameless and lacks proper customer service skills. I would rate her specifically as a 1-star.
Dishes here are tasty and authentic compared to many other Thai restaurants in the cityUnfortunately my last order was disappointing.
The food at this restaurant is fantastic, especially the appetizer platter. They are also very accommodating to food sensitivities.
