Bit of a featureless cavern with no charm or character. Unenthusiastic staff and terrible food. The NEW Andaman Curry sounded delicious, but it was almost impossible to get the mussels out of their shell, and when you did they were like inedible bits of rubber. The squid was exactly the same and I ended up leaving the rest of the dish. I was so concerned about the standard of the cooking that I'm worried about being ill the next day. The person next to me had a tofu dish that they took one spoonful from and left. The smell from it was absolutely appalling. Not too bad of a visit actually met there with a friend for dinner and took a pram with us. The staff were very friendly and were happy to accommodate the pram no problem. The food was good my wife through the red curry main was a little bland but had no issues with the chicken satay starter and I was happy with the dumpling starter, too. I had the Pad Thai it tasted good, but think on reflection some of that chicken was a bit questionable and it was a bit too sweet for my liking. The Merlot was nice reasonably priced for what it was. Thai Square used to be really great. Reliable, fair value, tasty and good service. It is now rarely any of these things. I visited whilst on business and the food was banged out at carvery speed so clearly not being freshly prepared. The papaya salad was watery and tasteless plus the ingredients did not taste fresh. The steamed sea bass portion was very small and served luke warm and the delicate taste crushed by chili. Service though was both friendly and efficient. The bill was about 40 quid yet I was in and out in 20 minutes! I'm done with Thai Square I think. It's been a good 20 years since I first ate at the OG one in Trafalgar Square but the games up for me. Maybe it's me and not them.
massive dining room that is clean and tidy but the tables are pretty packed in. The menu is ok with a lot of the staple Thai cuisine. The staff are friendly and helpful. Food was ok but had a lot better.

We went for a team lunch. The place is very nice. Lunch menu has a great price and it was served relatively quickly. The tasting and portions were very good. Definitely we will come back
A fantastic restaurant. The food feels really authentic and is delicious. The staff are absolutely brilliant. Ploi and Bon have always been so welcoming and are fantastic hosts.

Positives were the 2-4-1 cocktails until 7.30pm, the very fast service and the quality
The food was nice and it wasn’t to busy has down a side street in central London. However it was very dark where the toilets are

Thai Square has been a pleasant find for us during our time in town.
