Have been getting takeout from Thai Tham for a few months now. The staff on the phone are always so helpful, especially Natalie. She helped me rediscover something I used to have at the restaurant but which hasn't been on the menu for years by switching out chicken for deep fried tofu. Its my favourite and I always order it now. The vegetarian dishes are always brilliant, I can't have much garlic because of an intolerance so they put the minimum in. Ask if you have intolerances, you'll get great advice. I find the prices very reasonable. I looked to order from one in Coventry and it was way more expensive. I ordered a meal each for me and my husband with sides and starters totaling £40. It arrived quickly minus my main. I rang and spoke to a girl who said the boss would ring me back. 10 minutes later he did and said he put the meal in the bag himself. I told him it wasn't here and could I have my meal or a refund. He said no. He suggested I was lying. I was told to take it up with Just Eat. He was very rude and not at all interested. Insisting he was right. Obnoxios behaviour. Never ordering from there again. I WOULD GIVE A ZERO IF I COULD.
Came with several friends noticed new management. staff could have dressed more appropriately than very casual. Food good but now expensive. Thing that marred evening was slow service my friends who had been given their meals first had wait another ten minutes before rice came out. Some of us wanted coffees to be told there was only instant! I feel it must do better to keep this once fab restaurant going.
After using the takeaway service on a regular basis during the whole of lockdown I was very disappointed to be told that they were ‘ too busy’ to deliver as the restaurant had picked up again

My partner and I ordered takeout during the lockdown. The food was delicious, but it was a bit pricey. If the prices were more reasonable, we would definitely order from here more often.
The red curries and starters at this restaurant are both delicious and authentic. The prices are very reasonable, and I will definitely be returning in the future. The food is top-notch!
