Thai Time - Reserva de mesa

Quite simply it's a really nice place to eat if you like Thai. Food was excellent, place was pretty too. All in all a great night out. Only thing…and it's a general view for Paris restaurants, not just this one. It's remarkable to me how many restaurants and exhibits etc. don't have anyone who can speak English on staff. Now I go to other countries expecting no english so I'm fine with it. No english is part of the fun of the whole experience. But I was talking with a young banker in a laundomat (we've been here 3 weeks now) and he was saying how terrible the economy in France is now. What a lovely restaurant! With the deep reds but the decor was lifted with some lighter tones of beige and taupe so it looked very nice and for a smaller place it felt spacious and not closed in nor too dark or bright. We reserved through TripAdvisor for the first time and saw that 30% off was offered… bonus. At Thai Time we were greeted promptly and seated at a nice table by the front window. Our server was attentive and patiently helped us with the menu. My husband ordered the Basil Chicken and a plate of noodles. My Green Curry Chicken with Coconut turned out to be a soup much like Pho when I dropped in some noodles and it was great. All were delicious including the 25cl of Chablis which...

Local restaurant to where we were staying so booked and went for dinner.We ordered a selection of starters, fried prawns with chilli dipping sauce was very nice, the soup was not to our daughters liking, but I thought ok (coconut based chicken soup).The other starters were with lime grass and nice enough.Main courses, various meat on skewers, beef, duck and salmon on a red Thai curry theme.All lacked in depth of flavour and were very mild.Perhaps we were unlucky with our choices.€128 for family of four, carafe of house wine (nice) and four soft drinks.Wouldn't rush back.

Walked in the restaurant and greeted in French soon changed to English and was friendly and helpful. Food was delicious and well presented. I would recommend this place if you are in the area Reserva una mesa ahora
