Thai village restaurant has an inviting appeal. You?re greeted by the warm, friendly staff there and let?s not forget the tranquil music. I had a lunch date with my lovely wife and the food was there was second to none. We had the Cucumber saladwhich opened our pallets with its sweet , tangy and crunchy bite. We also tried the veggie spring roll which was fresh andfilling. Our server was very knowledgeable of the menu and gave us some great recommendations ???????????? so if you happen todine here, we recommend asking for her. If you find it in your heart and have the means to provide I know she would love it ifyou left a generous tip.
Tried this place for the first time recently. We ordered lard na and paid extra for beef. We counted 6 very thin pieces of beef in the dish. They were about the size of a dime. The noodles were either falling apart or extremely hard and crispy. I don?torder this dish very often but I?m assuming the noodles are all supposed to be the same texture? When I have had it at otherlocations it?s flavorful and tasty. The dish I received was bland and tasteless. We did order the appetizer combo too, I willsay that the app was decent and it was basically all I ate.
I must have gone on a bad night. I was so excited to try this place after reading the reviews. I ordered the Basil Chicken with ground chicken. Strangely, it wasn't ground chicken. The Basil Chicken did taste very good probably a 4/5. My husbandordered the Pad Thai with Tofu. He couldn't even eat it. We order this at almost every Thai restaurant we go to. The tofutasted like it was fried that morning and just thrown in the microwave. Inedible chewy little sponges. The staff was reallynice and made us feel at home. I really wish the food was better.
