Tldr; STAY AWAY! What other reviews fail to cover is the utter lack of professionalism when it comes to management at this establishment. Incident 1: I once called to place a booking and was greeted by the owner. The conversation was brash and uncouth, with the owner/cook not being able to answer even the most simplest of questions without having to come across as rude and uneducated. Incident 2: I went in to make a takeaway order. I was greeted by a friendly staff member who was obviously stressed out by the number of tables and waiting customers present. As soon as I made my order I took a seat and to my dismay I witnessed perhaps the least ethical treatment of staff I have ever seen...

Ordered takeaway last night. Told would be ready in 30-40 mins. Waited 50 minutes and then went to collect. Arrived to find a table of 4 and one of 2. Place empty. Time was nearly 7pm. Told would be an extra 5 mins which then became 10 mins which then became 15 mins. Did not wish to create a scene in the restaurant due to other patrons. So I left, and upon return home decision made by all (2) to ring and cancel order 'woman kept saying ..'nearly ready'!! We were so hungry and got food at other place in 5 mins, I probably could have taken this on the chin but this is the 5th time we have ordered and this has happened.On many occasions we plead with them not to do this and falls on deaf ear...
so many delicious dishes on this menu. a highlight is the mixed sweet dish with so many different sweets, not only greens. go fish, pad thai, bark mustaman, money bag, endless choices. weine in the offer are ok (not expensive in comparison. if they have a favorite, they can byo (corkage). the great is mala (the cooker) becomes as good as can depend on the pantry. the waiting staff can be dejoined, but remember that they are young people who learn to trade. actually we were so busy eating everything we have forgotten to make photos. Sadly this was one of the worst dining experiences I've had in years. We used to go to the old venue regularly and it was lovely. The service was slow. The place was empty. The waitress clearly didn't want to be there. The wine eventually arrived. Unopened and plonked on the table. The mixed entree was lovely. The soft shell crab was inedible. We complained and Mala the owner came to argue with us suggesting if we had wanted crispy we should have ordered something else. We will never go back.
When we went in we asked for vegetarian pad tia the waiter suggested a different meal and with his recommendation we agreed only to find it was not vegetarian meal at all. When we confronted him he said sorry for his mistake and charged us anyway. Do not bother eating here ever.
