The food is actually good. But it's absolutely ridiculous that this delivery service never manages to deliver the food on time—not late, which wouldn't be so bad. It's just a 50/50 chance whether the food will arrive or not. Sometimes you have to call several times to get them to come. If you paid online, it's obviously a real pain.
