Service excellent, price/performance in the upper segment, but the owner also wants to dinate with style. The products are fresh. The ambience in the large village house has not promised me. Here the architect has not done his homework in terms of scarf protection: 6 put! One sits in a large resonance space, the voices and all sounds amplified and reflected. There is only a half-hearted and half-height wall that could interrupt the sound. Then everything is destroyed by the smooth, large wine cabinet. Priml.
Modern meets traditional bavarian charme,here a well balanced combination in near perfection.Food is very good,service outstanding and atmosphere relaxed. Next time i will take part in their well-known cheese-making courses in the Hotel even if it costs me half a day skiing! Not to miss the Dorfladen beside the restaurant which sells their own products(cheeses,Molke,honey,bread,milk,... and bavarian souvenirs. We 'll be back next year.
best kitchen, secret top, country house with style! in the picturesque village thalkirchdorf is located in the middle of the center the chic village house with fantastic beer garden. more allgäu flair is not going. parking is available around the restaurant. eating has highest quality and also the salads have an excellent dressing. the service is also true. we had a nice evening and look forward to the next visit!
The meals are lovely, prepared of fresh ingredients and are served quickly. We ordered 1x beef with green beans, fried onions and spätzle for 19,90€, 1x cheese spätzle with salad for 9,90€, 1x radler and 3x home lemonade. Paid 40€ altogether.The service is very good as well.We liked the grocery shop inside of the house very much. It was very tasty and everyone finds something in the map, also the children . The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The dishes are of high quality, appealing and have a very good value for money. We stayed 2x on our holiday and are sure to come back when we are back in the area.
We had local food, surprisingly done and served (Bergkässchnitzel in hazelnut coat with fig sauce and small salad, 12.50€ . The staff is friendly, the location well above our expectations for a village house (Dorfhaus). A timely reservation is recommended especially in the evening.
