I have been here numerous times in the past few years for both dine-in and carry-out. The menu has lots of great options, numerous sides and the food is always good. The k-pop music and videos are fun and it’s nice that they have a button at your table to call your server. Unfortunately, our last visit there did not go so well. We placed an order over the phone and I arrived at 8:30 pm to pick up the food but the door was locked. I could see employees at the counter, people eating and the posted business hours indicated they should be open for another 2 hours. Place did not look too bad for a sports bar. It had their fair share of TVs to host TV events and a few more TVs to play the music videos for the music being played. The angles at which the TVs are placed are not ideal for a showing event. Food was really disappointing. I had ordered a variety of half korean fried chicken, chicken wings and a few sides. When I had asked my waitress which is her preference she replied with they are all the same but unfortunately she was correct. I had a total of 4 different flavors for my chicken but they all tasted the same unmarinated chicken that was deepfried with some drizzled taste of beer. This place is a disappointment. I don't understand why the menus with pricing are inaccurate, as they suddenly change prices without informing customers. We ordered a corn cheese dish which was good, but were surprised to learn it doesn't come hot for takeout. The high price was not justified. We also ordered a whole chicken dish for what we thought was $25, but ended up being charged $30 for a small portion that did not resemble a whole chicken. We were limited in our choices of seasoning, and the spicy veggie sauce was terrible. We were charged extra for sauce without being informed. I recently visited Thank U Chicken and found their Korean fried chicken to be pretty good overall. However, I was disappointed that they had run out of jumbo wings. The restaurant had a nice decor, but the waitress was unfriendly and unwelcoming. I may consider ordering takeout from here in the future, but I will not be dining in again.

Oil seems old because the fried chicken and the french fries were darker than it supposed to be. A gentlemen (owner or cooker or manager) smell like smoke very bad when he passes by it almost made us stop eating. Service was good and the price was decent. Hopefully they can consider and improve.

Honestly, the service was not very good and the wait time for our food was a bit longer than I anticipated, but the food was exceptional! I ordered the seafood noodle soup and enjoyed every bite. They also offer delicious options like large fried chicken and fried rice.

We had a late lunch there and enjoyed the korean style fried chicken. The warm cheese corn was delicious! Definitely will be back again.

This restaurant is incredibly delicious! I will definitely be returning. The food is so tasty and the atmosphere is fantastic.
