I was excited to order from this restaurant because I remember how good it was 6 years ago. I made an online order for pickup and called once I arrived. I thought there was curbside pickup because I didn?t see any instructions on where to get the food. I asked the woman who answered says, ?I guess I can come bring out to you.? [with an attitude] -Terrible hospitality! I don?t feel entitled to receive curbside but, the way the message was conveyed let me know the culture of this place has significantly changed. I am very disappointed with this place. 20 years ago it was excellent. Now that i am back, i sat at the patio and the chairs were filthy dirty, table was not even clean and they still sat us there. Mussels came out undercook and i had to repeatedly keep telling the waitress to bring us water. I spoke with one of the managers regarding the undercooked mussels, which are a huge health code violation, and yet still has the audacity to tell me they're cooked. I hope they improve this business because from what it looks like, it won't last too long.

First of all, their website states they open at 11:30 AM. However, after waiting two hours, we arrived only to discover they don't actually open until 3 PM, according to the sign on the door. When we called to confirm, a gentleman on the other end said they would be opening in the next hour. Just to clarify, it was 2:38 PM at the time.
So, I can't give any positive stars or reviews because I have only seen the restaurant from the outside. Good luck to anyone who manages to get inside and enjoy the food!

sorry guys but they are trending one star for a reason. couldn't order online. called and got the voicemail, but couldn't leave a message as the mailbox was full. awful business practices all around. cant speak for the food as I was unsuccessful ordering, but based off previous reviews, I'm good. I went to Mamma Lucia and it was amazing :

The reviews for this restaurant are all over the place but we decided to go with a friend's recommendation since she had actually been there recently. It was terrific! We went at an off time but the service was fine and the food was delicious. The decor and background music was just right for what it is.
Well well, I love Italian food since I?m from Asmara, one of the beautiful Italian colonized city. I grew up eating pasta and Italian food, but this eggplant with pasta was amazing. Hands down! Our server Nicholas was very friendly and attentive, also the place is cool and very wide.

I’m not quite sure why there are so many negative reviews. My wife and I dined here for dinner today, and I had the fettuccine with shrimp in Alfredo sauce, while my wife ordered the stuffed eggplant. Both dishes were wonderful! The staff was attentive and excellent as well.
The food was exceptional and the service was outstanding. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be returning.
