Me and my brother entered the 3 kings and asked a guy working behind the counter a question and he replied with im not taking orders my brother replied im not asking you for an order i just want to ask a question and he told my brother to f off for absolutely no reason obviously me and my brother were very angry at this however we eventually resolved the arguement but were later very disappointed at the quality of the food the pizza was meant to be a garlic bread with cheese but we instead got an undercooked cheese and tomato pizza and hardly any donner meat and undercooked chips i would not recommend eating from here or visiting here as you will get undercooked food and you may get abuse fr...
Ordered over phone for collection. As I was about to ask what time I should collect the phone was put down. No confirmation of what I had just ordered, price or time. Went to collect and order just left on the side and not on a warm shelf or food warmer and had an ice cold can in the bag. The food was lukewarm and missing both the sauces we requested. Used to be an amazing takeaway with super customer service but after our last 3 visits we will now be using one of the others in Colne. Hope they can sort themselves out.
Now, what can I say, ordered in the app an hour later and no delievery, I have the shop and nothing but apologies (there is app not working) , even was apologised by the actual manager who was so polite and remained apologised. we go here all the time and this is the only mistake they have ever made! very recommended! beautiful personal beautiful eating, even if they can treat in high demand!
we just enjoyed a nice trip. my kebab was perfect, juicy chicken and crispy salate. my man enjoyed his calzone, although it could not end as it was huge! and our teenage son unraveled a highest burger and chips. will order definately again. Thank you. Reserva una mesa ahora
