Let me start off declaring we will never be back. This was our third visit in a four month period. I have commented before on the service but found that the food quality made up for it. We had a reservation for nine. We were seated and then, nothing . . . We eventually caught the attention of a server to ask for service. She told me she would send our server over. She showed up 5 minutes later with a "sorry folks I am a little busy". It took forever for the drinks to arrive. We ordered right away and after a long wait some of our meals arrived. We stayed at the Novotel for the week so had room service, breakfast, lunch, and dinner here a few times. Quality of the food was quite good though I find their thrice cooked fries to be a little underdone for some reason.Beet and coconut soup that was the soup of the day for part of the time we were there was quite tasty. Elk burger is good too. Wait staff are all very friendly and attentive. definitely a place to grab a bite.

I ate here with a group and the food was very good. We started with cocktails and they had a really interesting selection and they tasted amazing. Then I had the broccoli soup and scotch egg for dinner and both were incredibly tasty. Some of my dining mates had been there 2 and 3 times during the 4 days we were in town because they enjoyed the food so much. I would have gone back if it hadn't been my last night in town.

dined with appetizers carpaccio d'alce and a mixed salad, both excellent! then fish (merluzzo) and chips and burger d'alce... very good in particular the elk. All accompanied by a good riesling of the niagara. courteous service, the only one sucks the cold of the air conditioning, we asked to be able to lower the air but not being able to provide us with a blanket :-) expenditure about 120 c$.

I had the Nicoise salad for lunch. The chef completely reinvented this boring classic. The tuna was a broiled chunk of fresh tuna (very fresh)!, the anchovies looked like fresh filets, the hard boiled egg was pickled in beet juice (the white was pink), the vinaigrette was just perfect. Served with asparagus and baby greens. It was a true surprise and pleasure.

Went on a weekday evening. Only a few tables were taken so there was plenty of place. Our waitress was very friendly and did a fantastic job. We took several of their smaller plates to try a few things and we were not disappointed. Their tartare was delicious and very original while the rest of the food was delicious. Recommended.

The restaurant in the Novatell serves a mushrooms on toast that rivals any meat starter or entree. A vegan dream come true...The food and spirits here are well worth the visit, not to mention the service!

excellent choice for breakfast your buffet is very good, cheeses are delicious and bread is freshly baked. very central and service is good. its decoration creates a comfortable atmosphere.

Very innovative and delicious breakfast. The tables and décor are beautiful and tranquil. I was disappointed that I did not discover this breakfast until my last day (of 5) in the hotel
