The Alexandra - Reserva de mesa

Really lovely spot right on the high street, whoever picks the beers does an amazing job, there's always something fun to try. It's a fun place to watch sport or go on a Saturday night and I just went to the live music last week which is definitely the best in the area. Special shout out to Ana who is the sweetest, kindest bartender I've met, always remembers me and genuinely interested in how I'm doing, such a lovely touch.

Love this brilliant olde pub. I popped in for a swift half of Guinness on the spur late in the afternoon. I’d not been in in years even though a local and it was sooooo nice to be back. Interior’s unique. An Aladdin’s cave. Atmosphere spot on. Lovely friendly staff. Enjoyed the playlist. Welcoming and cosy (even though vast) and a cute wee dog was lounging on its owner’s lap. What more could you want?

I had a fantastic experience at The Alex. It seems like they have improved significantly since my last visit. The live music, atmosphere, and friendly staff all contributed to a wonderful evening. In particular, Anna was very cheerful, friendly, and talkative while serving me. Thank you for a memorable night.

The atmosphere at this restaurant is fantastic and the staff were very welcoming. I had a great evening here and they also have a wide variety of beers to choose from.
