Beautiful pub only a minute walk away from Tower Bridge reached after avoiding all the tourist traps on the way. Food was delicious, the place was homey and the service was lovely. A nice lady welcomed us and took our orders. Prices were also totally fair. English people (so not only tourists) were also eating here. Definitely recommend if you want to try some good local food without being ripped.
A nice and traditional London pub, right next to tourist spots. Staff was friendly and quick with our orders, also patient when we still had to make up our minds which drink we wanted to chose. As we were really hungry we ordered food upstairs – and were surprised by the high quality of the food. Absolutely delicious.
Such a lovely pub! Came here for a pint with my pooch while waiting for family doing the London Bridge thing. The bar person was great, service with a smoky and chat. Quickly became a super group chat with about half a dozen patrons. Loved it! Highly recommend the Anchor Tap and love that it’s Dog Friendly.

this is one of the good Oel cities in london. this hidden gem is removed from the hectic truppet of the river and serves some amazing boobs. you eat is local pub evening with huge portions and the desserts are good and as huge as the main thing. brownie is a must.
Fantastic traditional pub. Warm and welcoming. Thanks to Gerri the landlady Mark for making our night chatting away and making us feel at home. A good selection of Sam Smiths beers and delicious Chenin Blanc. Lovely loyal regulars such a gem !
Gorgeous hidden gem a couple of minutes walk from Tower Bridge. Exceptionally welcoming staff. Unspoilt and not a usual tourist venue. Felt very at home and Sam Smiths Brewery should be very proud of how amazing the draught beers were kept
