I am about to check out from the the Anza hotel, and I have nothing but positive things to say about it. The staff, from housekeeping to the cafe, was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The open seating area was a delightful space, providing a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The rooms were impressively spacious and well-designed, with a variety of amenities including a couch and a table.In terms of the room, I love the room, but I do have an issue with how much space they have between the floor and the door. Customer service of front desk and Manager not so great. Poor communication on parking permits. I asked for a parking permit for my guest for one evening. My Guest did not park vehicle overnight in garage again. It would have been nice for the front desk that issued me permit to provide all details and disclose that you must return the parking permit in order to have any future charges stopped. Also they were not able to email me my check out statement. Manager returned my call to state how the permits work. Very clean and serene, with matching decor. Somehow the hallways remind me of a cruise ship with the nautical style light fixtures and color palette.Our rooms were spacious with a cute sitting area, small dining table, and coffee bar with microwave fridge! There was some noise from the room above us, but overall very quiet on our floor. Very friendly and professional front back house staff. Will definitely return recommend to others.
In town to celebrate our 20th Wedding Anniversary. The room was comfortable and the staff was very inviting. They made the stay a wonderful experience. They brought wine and snacks to our room which was surprising. Plus, the hotel is in walking distance to many restaurants and shops.
